DJ (and his staff) were so responsive and available for any questions we had. He was encouraging when we were disappointed and kept moving forward when a sale fell apart. He was very open to our thoughts and opinions about pricing and gave us plenty of time to think things through. Even when we had a deal in the works, he kept booking showings and kept up the a deal in the works, he kept booking showings and kept up the marketing until the day of closing. I love the ‘not giving up yet’ attitude. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend DJ and his office.
We bought a house in Scottsdale thinking we had our house in Prescott sold! But it fell apart on inspection. We ended up spending 50k on repairs and improvements at a time when housing prices were dropping by the day. It was a big disappointment to hit the market at the worst possible time but absolutely out of our control. At the time we had another agent we were not happy with and we took the house off the market. Once all repairs were complete, we wanted a new agent. DJ came highly recommended and he didn’t disappoint. As stated above, this was a roller coaster ride and of course we did not get the price we hoped for. But DJ did work hard to sell the house, showed it many many times and always kept us informed. The feedback and online info was helpful and I always felt I could call with questions/concerns. He was professional, positive and always had answers/ helpful insight. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend to any buyer or seller.

Along with looking at a ton of houses together over a single weekend, we also enjoyed some great conversations and learned a lot about Prescott and Prescott Valley. During the entire course of the deal and even beyond, DJ has been there for us no matter what we asked for, including great recommendations for moving help, finding a tile professional, and other referrals.
